About the Role
The Northwest Regional Workforce Investment Board is seeking a visionary and strategic President & Chief Executive Officer to provide executive leadership and direction for the organization. The primary objective is to ensure the goals and objectives of the Board are achieved through effective strategic planning, operational management, and robust community partnerships.
The President & CEO oversees board operations, devises strategies, ensures fiscal agent compliance, and drives workforce development initiatives in alignment with federal, state, and local regulations. Priorities include building relationships with regional employers and elected officials, overseeing labor market analyses, managing administrative staff, and pursuing innovative funding opportunities.
