If you are 55 years or older, MaturityWorks is ready to help you refresh your job skills an re-enter the workforce.

Paid On-the-Job Training:

As a MaturityWorks participant, you will receive on-the-job paid training with a non-profit organization while at the same time strengthening your community.

Job Placement Assistance:

An experienced job developer will work with you to find a job. In addition, as a MaturityWorks participant you will have access to workshops (e.g. resume writing and interviewing tips) and may quallify for additional training.

To be eligible for MaturityWorks, you must:

• Be unemployed
• Be 55 years of age or older
• Reside in Fairfield, Litchfield, or New Haven County
• Meet family income restrictions applicable for program entry
