Incumbent Worker Training

The Northwest Regional Workforce Investment Board supports Incumbent Worker Training Programs through the provision of small training grants given to companies located in the Northwest Region.  Through this customer-driven program, the Region's businesses are able to remain competitive through upgrade skills training for existing employees.

The Northwest Regional Workforce Investment Board periodically solicits Request for Training through its Incumbent Worker Training Program.  Applications typically require a one-one match.  The Board's Worker Training and Education Committee reviews all applications.
