| Click here to open the 2007 Regional Needs Assessment compiled by CERC The planning process at Northwest Regional Workforce Development is an annual event that allows the agency to assess the labor, market and social conditions in the region in order to determine goals and objectives for the coming year. It is an opportunity to obtain feedback from different community sectors to learn what skills and opportunities are needed to improve the standard of living in our communities. The planning process is led by a committee of the Board of Director's with input from staff, community members, and business leaders.
